The Director-General of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, NAFDAC, Professor Mojisola Adeyeye, has alerted Nigerians over what she described as the circulation of fake insulin tea. Adeyeye, who raised the alarm, warned diabetic patients against buying or taking the tea because of its negative health implications. The Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, has deployed 25, 224 personnel to cover the various highways to ensure a safe and smooth 2021 Easter celebrations. The FRSC also deployed 580 patrol vehicles, 92 ambulances, 17 tow trucks and 73 motorbikes as part of the patrol logistics.
