The Osun State Governor, Gboyega Oyetola, has shut down 23 private schools considered substandard. Everyevery.ng gathered that the offences that led to the schools’ closure include dirty teaching environment, unqualified teachers, non-renewal of licenses and operating without a permit. Police in China has confirmed that a man detonated explosives in southern Guangzhou city.
