The Minister of Finance, Zainab Ahmed, has disclosed plans by the Federal government to sale off some government-owned properties including non-oil assets. Speakings during a virtual budget presentation ceremony on Tuesday, January 12, Ahmed said the federal government would sale the assets to fund the 2021 budget. The Registrar, National Examination Council, NECO, Professor Godwill Obioma has announced the release of the 2020 Senior School Certificate Examinations, SSCE internal results. According to Professor Obioma, candidates can now access their results on the NECO website using their examination registration numbers. The Acting Chairman of the Muslim Solidarity Forum, Sokoto State chapter, Prof. Isa Muhammad Maishanu has reacted to the Christmas message issued by Bishop of Sokoto Catholic Diocese, Bishop Matthew Kukah. The National Identity Management Commission, NIMC has issued a new directive on the linking of National Identification Number, NIN generated via Bank Verification Number, BVN to sim cards. According to the Commission, the generation of NIN via BVN can only be relevant after it has been updated at the NIMC enrollment Center.
