The Senate has expressed displeasure over what it described as Federal Government’s failure to produce a plan for the procurement of COVID-19 vaccines for Nigerians as it urged the government to make sufficient funds available for the purchase of the vaccines. The Nigeria Police Force has confirmed the extradition of former Chairman of the Pension Reform Task Team, Abdulrashid Maina to Nigeria from Niamey, Niger Republic where he was arrested. The Commissioner of Police in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Bala Ciroma has advised residents of the territory to be more security conscious.
