The Ghana Health Service has confirmed that about 136 students in a high school have tested positive for the COVID-19 Delta variant. According to the Director-General of the Health Service, Patrick Kuma-Aboagye, 136 out of 550 samples of students in Achimota School came out positive during the latest National COVID-19 update. Patrick revealed that three students from the school went to the hospital in June with symptoms of influenza but ended up testing positive for COVID-19. The Department Of State Service, DSS has shed more light on how Yoruba activist, Sunday Adeyemo, also known as Sunday Igboho, escaped during a raid on his Ibadan residence.
