Zlatan Ibrahimovic on Fire
Former Manchester United and Barcelona striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored two to seal his side’s first-place position in the Italian Serie A. The player’s superb form has continued to threaten the Italian Serie A defenders. He scored twice to help unbeaten Serie A leaders AC Milan to victory away at Napoli.
39-year-old Zlatan Ibrahimovic has now scored 10 goals in six league games this season but left the field with what looked like a hamstring injury in the second half. He gave Milan the lead with a header from the edge of the box before turning in an Ante Rebic cross after the break.
Dries Mertens scored the opener for Gattuso and his men, but his one goal could not initiate a come back with on-loan Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko sent off for the hosts two minutes later. Norway winger Jens Petter Hauge wrapped up the scoring for Milan in added time with his first Serie A goal to maintain the leaders’ unbeaten start.
