Spanish La Liga side Seville has offered to help Arsenal’s Nicolas Pepe revive his career. The player who has played just 652 Premier League minutes this season and 151 (with no starts) since he returned from the Africa Cup of Nations is a transformed player, according to Mikel Arteta. It is clear his time at Arsenal is over and, it looks like the player might not get any playing time if he remains in the club. The player who is the most expensive Arsenal signing is liked by Seville and the club is offering to sign him.
Seville wants Nicolas Pepe
Pepe has two years left to run on the deal he signed when he arrived in 2019 from Lille, but Arsenal will reportedly take around £25m for him. Step forward Sevilla, who have identified the Ivorian as a player they would like in their squad next season. The African star is currently valued at around £27m, the most Sevilla has ever paid for a player is £22.5m so to meet Arsenal’s valuation of £25m, they, too, would need to break their transfer record to sign Nicolas Pepe.

The African has not met his requirements with the North London club which is why the player has been on the bench for some time. Also, his position has the club’s youngest star player Saka and with the performance of the English player Pepe may not remain with Arsenal till next season to fight for his place he might never get the playing time he requires which is why the Spanish La Liga side is offering to sign him, the prize for the player now will be the only issue.
