Bukayo Saka Voted Arsenal’s Player of the Year
Saka got a nomination for Arsenal’s player of the season and the Premier League Young Player of the Season alongside his fellow countryman Phil Foden. He, however, did not win the award for the Premier League Young Player of the Year award, but he won the Arsenal Player of the Season Award.
The 19-year-old Arsenal player was voted by the club’s fans. He got 51 per cent of the vote to beat other players that were listed with him. The closest player to his vote was Senegalese international Nicolas Pepe, with a 15 per cent vote. Speaking about the goal he scored on Wednesday in their friendly game, he said: “Yes, maybe I did when I first came in.”
Bukayo Saka also said that after he met with other young players like him, things became very easy for him, and he then felt more at home when I came to the camp.
