La Liga top side Real Madrid said they are ready to start listening to offers for former Chelsea star player Eden Hazard. According to reports, the club has lost patience with the Belgian star player. Since his arrival, he has not really made an impact on the club as it has been from one injury to another.
Injuries have affected the £90million signing’s development since he arrived from English Premier League side Chelsea in 2019. Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane is ready to offload the player due to poor performances and attitude.
Real Madrid Fans Not Happy with Hazard
The trouble started after Eden Hazard was found laughing with Chelsea players after they were knocked out of Champions League semi-final. Athough he apo;ogised Madrid fans are still very angry with him. However, the report suggests that his recent actions at Stamford Bridge have not influenced the decision and that Madrid have been planning to make him available for transfer before the incident took place.
The Spanish side have ‘reached a limit’ with Hazard’s availability to the squad and want him gone this summer, along with a few other players. He still has three years left on his deal at the Bernabeu and the club still owe Chelsea money for the transfer due to the instalments.
It is highly likely that Madrid will have to accept a cut-price deal for Hazard because his game has dropped since he arrived.
