Jose Mourinho has declared his team already in the next stage of the Uefa Europa League after their impressive 4-1 away win. Tottenham manager said they had “one foot in the next round.” Real Madrid loanee Gareth Bale opened the English Premier League side as they ran riot at Wolfsberger in the Europa League last 32 first leg.
Bale also assisted in the game, and it was the first time since April 2013 that he aided and scored a goal in the same game. Former Paris Saint Germain forward Lucas Moura also scored in the game to ensure Mourinho’s side smiled out of the stadium. The home side got a penalty and was correctly converted to make the scores 3-1 before the half time whistle.

Carlos Vinicius nailed the game as he scored the fourth goal to seal the away win for the English Premier League side.
Jose Mourinho not Surprise of Spurs Big Win
According to Jose Mourinho, he said: “I don’t consider this an incredible victory, just a good victory that brings good feelings.” He also said the plane back home would have been a different plane if they had lost the game.
The manager has earlier stated his desire to the Europa League this season, and he seems just on point to achieving the goal.
