An unnamed man collapsed in the stands during Nigeria’s 4-4 draw with Sierra Leone at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin. The incident happened just after Sierra Leone scored the 4th goal after coming from 4 goals down to take one point against Nigeria.
Nigeria and Sierra Leone game produced one of the biggest surprises in football as a man collapsed in the stands during the AFCON qualifier. Sierra Leone came from four goals down to force Nigeria to a 4-4 draw in their 2022 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier. The Super Eagles got the lead and were 4-0 up just after 29 minutes but Sierra Leone came from 4-1 to 4-4.
The Nigerian collapsed in the second half as Sierra Leone scored three goals in the final 20 minutes of the game to mark an historical comeback in football.
