Arsenal has joined the race to sign Brazilian and Barcelona 27-year-old midfielder Philippe Coutinho. They are already in talks with the player’s agent, the Brazilian spent the season on loan at Bayern Munich but the Bundesliga champions will not pay the £105m required to make the deal permanent.

Arsenal and Gabon skipper could be leaving the Emirate Stadium in the next transfer season as Paris St-Germain are negotiating an agreement with the 30-year-old player. The French Ligue One champions are already preparing £34m for the player.

Mexico and Wolves 29-year-old striker Raul Jimenez who is valued at £57m, is being monitored by Manchester United, Arsenal and Real Madrid, however, Manchester United are favorite to sign the attacker. RB Leipzig 24-year-old striker Timo Werner has been heavily linked with English premier League giants Liverpool but former Manchester United.
Owen Hargreaves has suggested Old Trafford could be a better move for the player but he is yet to decide. Wales and FC Schalke winger Rabbi Matondo, 19, says he is fully focused on the German club amid interest from Manchester United.
Bournemouth striker Joshua King, 28, is a target for four of the current top six clubs in the Premier League after Manchester United’s £20m deadline-day bid was turned down in January. Winger Adama Traore, 24, has been advised to ignore Liverpool’s interest and stay at Wolves for another season by former Sheffield United midfielder Michael Brown.
