A new Chief of Staff has been appointed by the Governor of Akwa Ibom state. Akparawa Ephraim Inyang-Eyen has been appointed by Governor Emmanuel Udom of Akwa Ibom State to become his new chief of staff. This was made known by the state’s commissioner for information, Sir Charles Udoh in a press briefing after the executive council meeting in the state. The government of Jigawa State is set to close COVID-19 isolation centres in the state as from Monday 22nd June.
