Chris Olakpe, the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), is dead. The former Assistant General of Police died on Sunday. Confirming his demise, Isaac Adetimiro, who is LASTMA Director of Research and Statistics, said the deceased did not show any sign of ill health and no one knew he was sick before his death. “We heard about it this morning.
