English Premier League top side Wolves have completed the signing of Willian Jose from top Spanish La Liga side Real Sociedad on loan till the end of the season. Wolves have been playing without key striker Raul Jimenez after he suffers a head injury against Arsenal.
William Jose Joins Wolves on Loan
The signing is to help the English Premier League side in the attack line as they have been floppy in the front line with only young De Silva in front.
Wolverhampton Wanderers signed the Brazilian striker Willian Jose who has scored 62 goals in 170 appearances since joining the La Liga side in 2016, including six during 2020-21.
Wolves have the option to buy the 29-year-old in the summer. William Jose will provide an extra option in attack for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side, as Mexican forward Raul Jimenez out with a fractured skull.
William Jose is most likely not to be available for their Wednesday English Premier League game against Chelsea but will be available for their weekend fixtures.
