Manchester United management has given the club’s head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer two matches to settle the squad or be shown the exit room. The manager took United to the semi-final and final in the Europa League straight, but all this will not be considered if he fails to meet their request.
United Prepares Sack Latter for Solskjaer
Two seasons ago, Manchester United was beaten by Sevilla in the semi-finals of the Europa League, squandering a winning position and failing to change the game’s direction. Last season they went into the final against Villarreal as solid favourites but didn’t do enough to win the game in 120 minutes.
After the Uefa Champions League game’s disastrous opening game against Young Boys, they lost 2-1, with Cristiano Ronaldo coming out to advise the whole team. Falling out of this group one as tame as it gets in the Champions League would have to put Solskjaer’s job at risk, but the Norwegian has now lost seven of the 11 games he’s led United into this competition.
The club believes that Ole Gunner Solskjaer should win his next two Uefa Champions League games; else, he will be sacked. The manager has everything he needs to win, all the players he needs to win a trophy, he has Ronaldo, Sancho, Verane Pogba and Bruno Fernandes amongst other players.
