Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho was seen holding a personal training session with French International Tanguy Ndombele on Hadley Common, also Davinson Sanchez and Ryan Sessegnon were pictured running together through the same London park. Ivorian international Serge Aurier posted a video on his Instagram page which shows himself and one other person jogging.
The English Premier League has since been suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic and players has been told to stay inside as the whole state on lockdown it will be punishable for anyone to be seen outside. Tottenham been repremended of the lockdown law which two EPL players are already been punished for.
The spokesperson for Tottenham Hostsur said: “All of our players have been reminded to respect social distancing when exercising outdoors. “We shall continue to reinforce this message.” The United Kingdom government says members of the public should stay at home to help stop the spread of coronavirus.”
Restrictions has been put in place but if Tottenham players are not careful they will be purnished just like Manchester City’s Kyle Walker and Aston Villa Jack Grealish. According to Tottenham spokesperson he said: “Restrictions has been put in place say people should go out as little as possible and only leave if they have a “reasonable excuse”.
The states that if people have to go outside they must stay more than 2m (6ft) apart from anyone other than members of their own household. Individuals are also allowed to go for a walk or exercise outdoors once a day if adhering to social-distancing guidelines.
