Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has replied to rumours about Manchester United and England star player Jesse Lingard leaving the club. The manager said his player would not leave the club anytime soon, and he will not be up for sale as well during the winter transfer window.

The England man’s contract runs out in the summer, and he is assessing his options. Manchester United manager Solskjaer wants him to stay right where he is. According to him, he said: We want to prolong his contract because we see him as an important player for us.”
The manager also said: “It’s up to him and maybe up to me to give him more playing time because he deserves to. “Hopefully, we can get a deal sorted for Jesse because we really rate him.” Jessi Lingard has not had plying time since his return from a loan spell with following English Premier League side West Ham United.
It is because of the lack of playing time that people are speculating that the Englishman could be leaving the club soon and with interest from Newcastle United, which is now football superpower as declared by Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp. Ole has made it known that Jessi Lingard is not leaving Manchester United, except Lingard thinks otherwise.
