Heung-min Son became the latest target of racist abuse following Tottenham’s 3-1 defeat to Manchester United on Sunday.
He was involved in an incident that saw a Cavani goal chalked off in the first half for the visitors; Scott McTominay was adjudged to have fouled the forward in the build-up with a slap to the face.

The South Korea forward was afterwards the target of racist insults both in replies to a tweet from the Spurs’ official account and in the comments section on his most recent Instagram post.
He has become the latest victim in a seemingly endless slew of online racist abuse. Raheem Sterling fell victim on Saturday in the wake of Man City’s loss to Leeds.
His team-mate Davinson Sanchez was also recently subjected to racist abuse online, with boss Jose Mourinho suggesting previously that the club would consider a boycott of social media to take a stand against the problem.
