Manchester United Star Apologies to the General Public over his Misconduct
Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood has apologised after being dropped from the England squad over a breach of coronavirus quarantine guidelines in Iceland. He was no the only player that was dropped because of the misconduct, he was sent out of the England camp with Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden.
Manchester United 18-year-old Mason Greenwood and 20-year-old Manchester City’s Phil Foden were told to leave the England training camp yesterday by the head coach of the team’s head coach Gareth Southgate. According to United young star, he said: “I can only apologise to everyone for the embarrassment I have caused.”
“In particular, I want to apologise to Gareth Southgate, for letting him down, when he had shown great trust in me.”
