Manchester United returned to the top of the English Premier League table after coming from behind to beat Fulham 2-1. The home team went in front in the first six minutes of the game through Ademola Lookman’s goal.

Edinson Cavani restored the scores in the 25th minute of the match after Fulham’s goalkeeper could not properly cross from Bruno Fernandes. Manchester City was top for at least some minutes as they beat Aston Villa 2-0, but United’s victory dropped them to the second place position.
Manchester United have registered 40 points and are two points above Manchester City. Fulham almost went up again in the second half Lookman forced a shot to De Gea but was well dealt with.
Manchester United got themselves in front for the first time in the game in the 65th minute through Paul Pogba. The French international cut in from the right-hand side, and curled the ball powerfully with his left foot beyond the reach of the keeper.
United has now returned to the top of the table with City behind them and Leicester City in the third place. Premier League defending champions Liverpool are in the fourth place.
