A man Identified as Mao Yin reunited with his family 32 years after being kidnapped when he was two years old. This was possible through a facial recognition application. Mao Yin was abducted at a hotel while with his parents 32 years ago in the city of Xi’an. He was sold to another couple who raised him.

His parents, since his disappearance did not leave any stone unturned in searching for him. His mother even took it up as a full-time job after quitting her career at the time.
However, the Xi’an police received information on a man who had bought a baby three decades ago. The investigators projected what baby Mao Yin could look like presently and used the description to track down a man that looks the same in the city of Mianyang. It turns out that it was baby map Yin now called Gu Ningning.
Man Kidnapped As a Baby Reunites With Family 32 Years Later
Following up with a DNA test, it was confirmed to be true that he was the kidnapped baby from Xi’an 3 decades ago.
They are now reunited as one big happy family.
