Liverpool has decided that they let Takumi Minamino leave the club provided they are given good pay for the player. The player has attracted many clubs following his impact with the little playing time he was given in the club. The Reds are prepared to sell the Japan international for a fee in the region of £17m.

The likes of Leeds, Wolves, Fulham, Southampton and French Ligue 1 side AS Monaco are understood to be interested in the player. Takumi Minamino made the move to Liverpool Red Bull Salzburg in 2019, he was loaned to Southampton in February 2021 and made 10 appearances before returning to Anfield for the 2021-22 campaign.

The 27-year-old is Liverpool’s top scorer in domestic cup competitions last season, Minamino played a crucial part in helping Jurgen Klopp’s side win the FA and League Cup. However, he made just 11 appearances in the Premier League as Liverpool finished one point behind Manchester City. He has scored 14 times in 55 appearances. The said seven players will be leaving the club at the end of this month and even though his name was not listed in the seven-man list the club is willing to release him for the right price.
