Updates on Leon Balogun’s Head Injury
Scottish Premiership side Rangers will monitor the progress of Super Eagles of Nigeria defender Leon Balogun who suffered a head injury and was forced off with a head knock in the League Cup defeat at St Mirren on Wednesday night.

Leon Balogun was caught by Jon Obika during the closing stages of the game. The Nigerian international is now doubtful for the Scottish Premiership clash against Motherwell which comes up this weekend.
According to the head coach of the club Steven Gerrard, he said: “He’s a bit dizzy. So we will analyse him over the next couple of days and take advice from the medical staff.”
Steven Gerrard also speaking on it said: “Hopefully he can pull through. If not, we have Fil available again.” Balogun who joined Rangers from English Premier League side Brighton in the last transfer window has been a regular for Scottish side until he had the injury.
