Inter Milan Contacts Manchester United to make Sanchez deal a Permanent one
Inter Milan are set to complete the permanent signing of former Barcelona and Arsenal star player forward Alexis Sanchez in the next 24 hours. The 31-year-old Chile international joined the Serie A side on a season-long term loan in August last year 2019. He has so far scored four goals in 29 appearances in all competitions.
Inter Milan expect to have him available after they beat Spanish side Getafe 2-0 to advance to the quarter-finals of the Europa League courtesy of goals from Romelu Lukaku and Erikson, their two strikes were enough to see them to the next stage of the tournament. The precise terms of the deal are unknown but is almost certain to have involved Manchester United taking a significant financial hit.
Sanchez played 45 games for Manchester United after joining from Arsenal and he has only scored five goals in the United jersey.
