France and Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman reportedly sacked his super-agent Pini Zahavi for failing to secure a move to top English Premier League clubs. According to reports the agent failed to secure a move for Coman to Chelsea or Manchester United from Bayern Munich in the summer.
Kingsley Coman Pathways with his Agent
Kingsley Coman is said to have signed a ‘mandate’ with Zahavi for the summer of 2021, with the Frenchman angling for an exit from the Bundesliga champions. The winger wanted to ‘sound out the market’ and hired Zahavi for a limited time in an attempt to secure a move to the Premier League.
But it never worked as Zahavi only managed to ‘gather a few expressions’ of interest from Chelsea and Manchester United. The agent failed to convince either Manchester United or Chelsea to make an official offer for him.
The former Juventus player had to fire the agent and the player’s current deal with the German top side in 2023. The report also said that a sale next summer is therefore the ‘most plausible’ scenario, while Spanish outlet claim the German giants are ‘desperate’ to sell the forward to avoid a case like that of David Alba, who joined Real Madrid for free in July
