German Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich returned to winning ways after suffering a shocking knockout from the Uefa Champions League by Spanish side Villarreal during the week.
Bayern Munich eyes League Title with Arminia Bielefeld’s Win
They restored their nine-point lead with a comfortable victory at relegation-threatened Arminia Bielefeld. The league has just four games left and Bayern reacted well to their shock Champions League exit to Villarreal as they closed in on a 10th consecutive league crown.

Jacob Barrett Laursen’s own goal was added to by Serge Gnaby’s brilliant volley just before the break. Jamal Musiala who dumped England for Germany completed the scoring late on from close range. Bayern Munich can wrap up the title with victory at home to second-placed Borussia Dortmund next weekend.
Borussia Dortmund who will play leaders Bayern next week have not had a very good season as their key striker Haaland has been battling injuries most of the season. The young talented striker was missed in most of the club’s games. They were eliminated from the Uefa Champions League and then dropped to the Europa League and were also knocked out of the Europa League as well.
