Firefighters have finally suceeded in taming the fire accident that visited the Treasury house which hosts the office of the Accountant- General of the Federation, Ahmed Idris, in Abuja. Smokes were seen coming out from the top of the building as firefighters struggled to put it out. Though the cause of the fire remains unknown at the time this report was compiled, normalcy has been restored in the area. Idris has however released details of the accounts that donations towards the fight against Coronavirus can be made.

The second case of Coronavirus in Rivers State has been confirmed on a 62-year-old returnee from the UK. According to the State Commissioner for Health, Prof. Princewill Chike, the victim came from the UK on March 21 but spent a month at the Lagos International Airport during which he developed a flu-like symptom.
