With the ease of the lockdown in the three states that were on compulsory lockdown which are Ogun, Lagos and the FCT by the Federal Government, people are now allowed to go out on restricted movements around a timeframe in both Lagos and the FCT.
We should adhere to NCDC guidelines on social distancing. We take a look at a checklist of essential things you should have before heading out of your homes.
ESSENTIALS
1. Facemask: The first thing to make sure you have is your facemask, as this is your first defence for yourself against the virus and other people.
2. Hand Sanitizer: An alcohol-based sanitizer should be with you at all points in time, and it is essential that you sanitize with it regularly.
3. Hand Glove: A hand glove is also essential as it will protect you from germs and viruses that are already on surfaces you touch where other people might have either sneezed or coughed on.
4. ID card: A means of identification should also be on you at all times, if you are an essential worker, you are still allowed movement, other than that you should always remember to start heading home early enough to beat the curfew.
5. Cash: You should always have extra cash on you at all times. Most especially for transportation, as you would not want to be kept waiting on the road while the curfew begins. And cash Is always necessary.
