Amid loads of speculation that he might be taking over a new job either with a new club or with the French National team, Zinedine Zidane makes up his mind on leaving Real Madrid and his immediate course of action.
Zidane makes up his mind about Madrid job
The Los Blancos boss has been linked with a move to France to take over from Didier Deschamps as the French national team manager either before or after the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Despite all this speculation, Zidane has decided that he will remain in charge of Real Madrid next season and has no intention of leaving the club before then.
Zidane’s current contract with Real ends in July 2022, and talks about an extension are likely to begin this summer.
Deschamps has admitted that he wants to remain in charge of France at the World Cup next year.
But with both contracts up at the end of next season, both Zidane and Deschamps could find themselves at a career crossroads.
