A suspected Coornavirus victim has been reported dead in Ikare Akoko area for Ondo State after suffering alleged neglect by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.
According to source, the patient suffered fever and severe cough, difficulty in breathing and was unconscious before he finally passed.
Before the suspected Coronavirus victim died, a family member claimed all efforts to get him tested by NCDC to ascertain if he truly did had Coronavirus proved abortive.
The family member claimed the NCDC could not get the deceased tested because they said they lacked logistics to reach him at Ipe Akoko where he was admitted.
Residents of Ikare, Ipe Akoko and his family members who had contact with the deceased are now in distress, because they were unable to confirm the cause of his death and what their fate is after now.
