Ogenyi Onazi to Return to Italian Serie A
Super Eagles star Ogenyi Onazi could be returning to Italian Serie A side after a long time away from the Serie A, the 27-year-old is set to complete a deal to Serie A newcomers Crotone. It is gathered that the Nigerian midfielder had been in negotiation with the club for weeks now and now a contract is set to be agreed upon.
It will be great news for follow Nigerian player Simeone Nwankwo who plays at the club as it will be a chance for the compatriots to reunite away from the national team. Ogenyi Onazi is currently a free agent after he reportedly terminated his contract at Turkish outfit Denizlispor in July.
According to reports, Onazi is close to agreeing on a deal with Crotone after weeks of negotiation between both parties.
