Victor Osimhen scored four goals to help the three-time African champions thrash Sao Tome and Principe 10-0. The Napoli striker scored his first from Moses Simon’s cross before repaying his assist as he set up Moses Simon for the second goal.
Super Eagles of Nigeria’s new man Moffi scored the third as they went into the halftime break with a three-goal lead. Watford star player Etebo scored the fourth from a free-kick before Osimhen doubled his goal. Moffi then scored the sixth to complete his brace in the game.
Ademola Lookman scored his first international goal for Nigeria to make the scores 7-0. Victor Osimhen completed his hat-trick to make it 8-0 the Manchester United and Newcastle United target scored his fourth in the game to make it 9-0. Substitute Emmanuel Dennis rounded up the scoring after he was brought down in the penalty box, he stepped up and played the penalty. He sent the goalkeeper the wrong way and made the scores 10-0.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria are now top of their group after picking two wins in two games.
