Former Inter Milan striker Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has revealed the reason why Juventus has been struggling. According to the former Inter Milan player, the club Juventus is suffering because they are finding it difficult to cope without Cristiano Ronaldo.
Karl-Heinz Rummenigge Says Juve is Struggling Because of Ronaldo
Cristiano Ronaldo left Juventus and reunited with Manchester United in August and ever since then. The top Italian side has not had it easy. Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said: “It’s the same thing that somebody thought in Madrid when Ronaldo was sold in 2018. They thought they had freed themselves from an economic burden, but Ronaldo keeps scoring consistently.”

He also said that if the Portuguese were still with them, they would not be facing the hard time they are facing now. He stated that the Italian club side Atalanta knows about it as they have played against him in the Champions League, and they saw how active he still is.
Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said: “Once I visited Juventus’ training ground, I was impressed by his muscles. He has the body of a 22-year-old guy. “He was preparing the gestures for a goal celebration, and we started laughing. I told him: ‘What are you doing?’ and he said: ‘How will I celebrate when I score the next one?'”
The German said certain reasons would have made Ronaldo decide to the club, of which one is maybe the former Real Madrid player did not feel the love from the fans or the club. Also maybe it was for the best interest of both the player and the club to part ways.
