Yoruba youths under the aegis of Oodua Youth Coalition, OYC, has issued threats over an attempt to arrest Yoruba activist Sunday Igboho.
Reacting to the attempted arrest, the Coalition threatened to hold Yoruba leaders responsible if anything happens to Igboho.
The Coalition also threatened to forcefully resist any attempt to harass, abduct, arrest or kill Igboho.
The OYC President, Tayo Akintade, criticized the security agencies attempting to arrest Sunday Igboho while ignoring bandits and their supporters.
He stressed that the Coalition wouldn’t be surprised if one or two Yoruba political and leaders are involved in the attack on Igboho.

Akintade said Yoruba people, both home and abroad, are concerned that the Nigerian government abandoned abducted pupils to their fates while chasing shadows.
You will recall that suspected bandits recently abducted over 300 girls from a boarding college in Zamfara.
