Popular media personality, Tolu Demuren, better known as Toolz, has taken to her social media to highlight another critical system that needs to be tackled after the #ENDSARS demand is met.
Nigerian youths in the past week has spoken up against Police/SARS brutality in the country. Protests has been taken to the street to ensure justice for all lives lost to Police brutality as well as reforming Police which is yielding result.
Toolz, in her tweet stated that the healthcare system needs attention after saying no to Police unit; SARS. The mother of two bemuses the turning away of patients in desperate need.
Her tweet reads, “After #ENDSARS we need to tackle the healthcare in Nigeria. I can never understand turning a patient in desperate need away”
Meanwhile, Nigerian youths have used the ongoing protest to call for change in all the Nigerian system which include education, electricity tariff, pump price hike, immigration, tax, and so on.
