The court order is coming on the heels of Odusanya’s separation from her estranged partner, Olanrewaju Saheed.
Everyevery.ng gathered that Magistrate M.O. Tanimola gave the order when the case was brought before her at magisterial district, Lagos.
Odusanya and her estranged partner, Saheed, who is currently in court for several reasons welcomed their daughter, Oluwafifehanmi in 2019.
Sources revealed that Saheed requested the court to order a DNA test to ascertain the child’s paternity, on the grounds of suspicion of infidelity.
Meanwhile, the actress’ lawyer pleaded with the court to ensure it is a court-supervised DNA test.
Responding, Magistrate Tanimola decided on an undisclosed hospital on Lagos Island for the test to be done as she adjourned the case till March 31, for further hearing.
However, there are allegations that the actress ruined her child’s father, financially by making him sell off his assets to fulfil her luxurious desires.
Responding to the allegations, the Yoruba actress said the rumours were ‘irritating and baseless.
