Romelu Lukaku was on target again for Belgium as they book their place in the Euro 2021 which comes up October next year. The black man scored twice as Belgium secured their place at the Nations League finals with a victory against Denmark. Romelu Lukaku has been doing exceptional well in the Belgium team.
He could be said to be the black man behind Belgium soccer glory. Leicester’s Youri Tielemans opened the scoring after just three minutes into the game with a drilled finish. But not long Jonas Wind headed in an equaliser but the Inter Milan striker turned in Kevin de Bruyne’s pass before heading home a third to complete his brace.
Nacer Chadli scored an own goal to reduced the deficit but De Bruyne swept in a fourth for Belgium to hand them the ticket to the Euro finals. The victory means Roberto Martinez’s side, who beat England 2-0 on Sunday to end the Three Lions’ hopes of reaching the finals, finish top of Group A2.
They have now joined France, Spain and Italy in the finals, which will take place in October 2021.
