Whenever a person is at that age where they have to start deciding which career they wish to pursue, then people from everywhere start putting ideas in their head about
different careers and what benefits are attached to them. This may lead to confusion. So it is advisable that you don’t make any fast decisions. Instead, you should first listen to advice, then take your time to put things together before deciding?
Go for passion
In everyone’s life they always have a certain passion which they love doing on an everyday basis and the best way that a person can benefit from their passion or hobby would be to turn it into their career. For example, if a person loves playing football and it’s their favourite hobby, then it makes sense to pursue a footballing career. You can turn you passion into your career and you will find happiness and would love doing it on a daily basis for a living.
Prioritize certain tasks
When making a list of all the careers you would like to consider, you should always prioritize certain tasks you think would really be valuable to you. This depends on you asking yourself what you value the most in a job; is it money, or the traveling. When all these questions are finally answered, you can proceed towards making a decision.

Once you are done shortlisting all the occupations you wish to go into; then it is time to start carrying out in-depth studies. Do some online research. Try to access certain informational sites such as LinkedIn to interact with the right network of people working in similar fields. You can even contact people in your network to carry informational interviews.
