Liverpool Host Chelsea in Matchday 37
Anfield will host a highly-anticipated showdown between Liverpool and Chelsea. The Reds who have already won the English Premier League 2019/20 title have not been doing well since they were assured of the title. They managed to share points in their last home game but we do believe the record they have at Anfield will be what they will be fighting for.
The Reds failed to impress in a 2-1 loss at Arsenal, but they are surely capable of matching the blues at home ground. Considering that Jurgen Klopp is likely to field the best possible side in Wednesday’s derby, we predict that the hosts are going to find the net.
Frank Lampard’s troops, on the other hand, did well to beat Manchester United and book their place in the FA Cup final with Arsenal. They are eyeing a place in the Champions League, and they are likely to go for a win in the Anfield clash. Given Chelsea’s attacking potential, we believe that Liverpool will not be able to play out the way they want and win but the absence of key players in both could affect their games.
Liverpool will be without their skipper Jordan Henderson who still remains in the recovery room for the hosts, while Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante should be fit to face Liverpool.
