Chelsea and Barcelona target Jules Kounde has finally opened up on the next club he will be going to. The information about his next club was made known by football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano. Fabrizio made a tweet about the french international who has been in the news for some time now following interest from English Premier League side Chelsea and Spanish La Liga side Barcelona.
Jules Kounde Link up with Sevilla Players Amidst Interest from Barca and Chelsea
Fabrizio Romano said the Sevilla defender Jules Kounde’s move to Chelsea may not work again as the player who was initially left to train alone while his teammates travelled for their pre-season games has decided to join the Sevilla team in Portugal.
Romano, in a tweet via his Twitter handle on Friday morning, said that Chelsea have sent paperwork to Sevilla for Kounde’s signature. According to him, Chelsea had since on Wednesday submitted a £55miilion deal and a five-year contract for the France international but the player is not willing to leave saying it is disrespectful for him to be left alone to train while his teammates are training together so he has travelled to meet his colleagues.
Following this move, it is not clear if the player will leave his present club Sevilla to join either Chelsea or Barcelona. It is very possible the player may not leave this summer again.
