Controversial Nigerian journalist, Kemi Olunloyo accuses CNN of theft.
The investigative journalist openly accuses the American media organization, Cable News Network (CNN) of stealing her work on the Lekki Toll shooting.
Recall that last week, CNN releases a details documentary on the shooting that showed the details of that night from how many military trucks were at the scene to when they actually shot at the protesters.
Following this report, Kemi in a Twitter write-up said that CNN took the groundwork done by local journalist and branded it as theirs without giving credit to the original owner which included her.
She shared that the reason CCN was able to get away with the alleged plagiarism is because of international fame and money. She also attributed this alleged theft to the fact that she, alongside other journalists in Nigeria are poorly funded.
She drops pictures of publications in her name made since October where she claimed there were dead bodies being hidden in water bodies and different hospitals.
