Watford and Super Eagles of Nigeria forward Emmanuel Dennis have been nominated for November’s Premier League Player of the Month award. The Nigerian star was remarkable in November. He was instrumental in their 4-1 win over Manchester United that led to the sack of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Emmanuel Dennis scored two goals and provided two assists for Watford in November. He is not the only player nominated for the award. Liverpool duo Trent Alexander-Arnold and Diogo Jota, Manchester City pair Bernardo Silva and Joao Cancelo, and Aston Villa midfielder John McGinn are all nominated.
This is the first time the striker will be nominated for the individual prize. The Nigeria international has already scored in his first outing in December, netting in the Hornets 2-1 home defeat to Chelsea on Wednesday. The 24-year-old will join the league of Nigerians who have won the award in the English Premier League if he wins the award. The likes of Austine Okocha, Peter Odemwingie, Odion Ighalo and Kelechi Iheanacho have all won the award before now.
