Big Brother Naija season 5 housemate Kiddwaya has come under heavy attack after he commented on the death of South African dancer and singer Costa Titch. DJ Neptune attacked him for commenting on the death of the artist.
Kiddwaya had said, artists should endure they checked their health before they go on stage to prevent some unforeseen circumstances. The comment did not go well with DJ Neptune as he said the fact that he is talking about a dead person he doesn’t even know is disturbing.
According to Neptune he said, the Big Brother Naija housemate is only pushing a narrative of something he knows nothing about. He said “there could be a thousand and one medical reasons why he slumped. Y’all should please allow the dead rip.”
Reacting to this some other people who are fans of the Big Brother Naija housemate, said:
“DJ Neptune should shut up, please. Kid never said he died out of drugs. Omo these celebs no sabi English sha. What kid said is different. What they are interpreting is different.”
Another person said: “I have listened to what Kidd said, why are everyone else focusing on the part of alcohol and drugs, he said their managers should check on them regularly, he mentioned their blood pressure and others apart from the drugs and alcohol. He actually made a point, a routine check-up is always necessary especially if you are always under pressure.”
Kid did not say he smokes or drinks. He said artists’ health status should be checked before they go on stage. If Costa went for a health check-up before his show he may still be alive. It doesn’t have to mean he’s on drugs.
