Chichi’s team drafted a formal legal letter requesting Phyna to retract the rebellious slanderous statement made against her. They claim Phyna made slanderous statements against Chichi.
The statement they are allegedly referring to were statements made during the BBNaija Level Up reunion. On the show, Phyna made allegations against Chichi, accusing her of giving birth and abandoning her husband and children in Benin.
On such grounds, they are suing Phyna, if he refuses to retract her statements and apologise. She alleges that due to Phyna’s accusation, she has lost revenue worth 100 Million Naira.
As a result, Phyna would be required to compensate Chichi with 100 Million Naira, should she refuse to retract her statements and apologise.
