Big Brother Naija ‘No Loose Guard’ housemate Topher has expressed frustration with his girlfriend Anita’s bestie, Ben, who he believes is interfering in their relationship.
During a chat with Nelly, Topher revealed that Ben constantly competed with him for Anita’s attention. He recounted how Ben often beat him to comforting Anita or complimenting her appearance. “I haven’t been in this situation of girl and male best friend,” Topher said. “If I even want to comfort Anita, before I get there, Ben is there. She did her nails, before I talk, Ben don talk say e fine.”
Topher also addressed the issue during his diary session, questioning Ben’s intentions. “Being her male bestie is cool,” he said. “But you trying to come in between what I have with Anita is what I don’t understand. I know you have your own person. Is it that you like Anita and you don’t want any other guy to be with her?”
Topher’s concerns about Ben’s interference have added another layer of drama to the Big Brother Naija house. It remains to be seen how Anita will respond to Topher’s complaints and whether Ben will address the situation.
