Chloroquine clinical trial may commence in Lagos State anytime soon for the treatment of the novel Coronavirus disease that has killed thousands of people in different countries across the globe. According to the state Commissioner for Health, Prof Akin Abayomi, while briefing newsmen in Lagos, the trial would commence in the state next week but in three arms. A 40-year-old Nigerian Army Officer, Sanusi Mohammad, has been appointed by Zamfara State Governor, Bello Mohammad, as the new Emir of Kaura-Namoda.
