Cristiano Ronaldo has been at the centre of a lot of speculation regarding his future, having spent three successful years in Italy with Juventus. He has been continually linked with a move back to Real Madrid.
According to Marca, he has said that should Real Madrid call him, he would willingly answer.
Cristiano Ronaldo might return to Real Madrid soon
The forward believes he can still give Real Madrid a lot, seeing that he has remained prolific even after departing from Spain’s capital. This season, the Portuguese striker has 30 goals in 34 games, and Madrid could definitely use a striker that prolific.
The primary reason Cristiano was brought to Juventus was the pursuit of Champions League glory, but that has not exactly gone to plan. Max Allegri was replaced with rookie coach Andrea Pirlo, but that has not helped, with the Bianconeri dumped out of the last 16 this year by Porto.
If the move back to Spain will happen for him, Ronaldo must be willing first and foremost. It does seem now like he is.
