Spanish giants Real Madrid have reached an agreement with Bayern Munich Austrian left-back David Alaba. According to reports Madrid is planning to sign the player from the German side. David Alaba will join Real Madrid when his contract with the Bayern comes to an end on June 30.

He has already agreed on a four-year deal with a salary close to 11 million euros per year. The Austrian was released by Bayern Munich last months January, since then he has been a free agent and open for negotiation with any club.
Real Madrid hasn’t wasted a second bringing in the European champion to seal a deal in their club. The player has already completed his medical for his future club. Some of Europe’s biggest clubs chased the 28-year-old, Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool, and Chelsea’s interest in the player.
David Alaba has already demonstrated his interest in playing in LaLiga Santander, and after ten years in the German Bundesliga, he has now finally joined Real Madrid and not Barcelona.
Bayern Munich made three offers to David Alaba in the past few months. Still, the club chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said they would not offer the player a new deal again.
Rummenigge said: “We had a lot of conversations with his agent, there was a final meeting and a proposal with a deadline in October, our offer wasn’t accepted and our president withdrew it.” He also said: “We did all we could to reach an agreement, he just had to accept, but it didn’t work out.”
