the Losers are:
Leeds United
Leeds United Football Club are currently topping the English Championship side with one point above West Brom who are in the second place position. This season they are currently topping the league and have a high chance of gaining promotion this season but if the league is tarminated, they will have to work another season to get to the EPL.
West Brom
West Bromwich Albion Football Club is an English professional football club based in West Bromwich, West Midlands, England. They are currently in the second place position in the English Championship, they are just a point behind the league leaders Leads United.
West Brom was in the EPL last season but was not able to meet up so they were relegated, they have been doing well in the Championship side and aim a good come back to the English top side. Termination of the current league will mean all their efforts are waste.
Fulham
Fulham were in the last season after a league time in relegation but failed to keep up and so went back to relegation. They are currently doing well in the championship and hope to gain promotion through play-off if they cant get it directly. But, with the current case of coronavirus and how it has threatened football if the league is halted then, they will have to start their dream all over again.
Brentford and Nottingham Forest
Nottingham Forest and Brentford are both sharing the same points, they have 60points each and could gain promotion to the EPL through play-off if the ends with them in the position. But, with the coronavirus trend in the league a termination will mean they will have to start all over again.

Who will Gain and Who loses Out in EPL if the League is Terminated?
Who will gain and who loses out in EPL if the league is terminated is a question that must be answered as five teams who are currently battling with relegation. The five teams are Bournemouth, Aston Villa, Norwich City, Watford and West Ham. West Ham, Watford and Bournemouth are all with the same points in the table, they all have 27points and have played the same number of matches 29 games.
The Losers
Liverpool and Leicester City wil be the two Losers
The only two teams that will be losing in the English Premier League will be Liverpool and Leicester City. Liverpool have not won the English Premier League (EPL) title for thirty (30) years and they are currently in top form with eyes on the league title, they have 82 points and are 20 points above second-place Manchester City. Leicester City, on the other hand, are eyeing their second qualification to the UEFA Champions League after their historic win of the league in the 2015/16 season.
Liverpool deserves to be crown the EPL winner for the 2019/20 season just that they have not reach the minimum point a club can use to win the league. The lowest a club has ever used to win the league is 89 points. The matches would also be played at two or three neutral venues, most likely in the Midlands, at different times.

Former Liverpool striker Robbie Fowler supported the league to be under suspension until everything comes to normal. According to Fowler, he said: “I think the season has to play out, regardless of how long we have to wait,” the ex-England international told Sky Sports News.
“In all fairness I think they (the Premier League) should wait as long as it takes and then play all the games. “If any season is going to be interrupted it should be next season because then everyone starts on a level playing field and knows what the implications are.” “It’s a tough question. With my Liverpool head on I am going to say yes” Fowler added.
